The RallyTrack map view showing a rally route

Upload your route and set up teams, challenges and the itinerary.

With RallyTrack you can manage the teams and special stages of your rally centrally. Thanks to GPS tracking, you can always see where your teams are during the rally. This ensures safety and faster assistance in the event of breakdowns. The ranking list is automatically generated from the entered scores.

Manage teams

Save contact and vehicle details of your teams to always have an oversight about your participants. Teams can easily be imported from a spreadsheet.

Challenges

Create challenges with our modular challenge builder. After completing a challenge, points can be entered into the system and the total score will be calculated.

GPS Tracking

RallyTrack supports the upload of GPX files. Upload your rallies route and track the location of your participants on the interactive map.*

Sharing

You can share your rally data with other persons. For example, your roadside assistance could access the gps data of teams, or helpers can directly input scores.

Itinerary

Save your rallies' itinerary and share it with participants and helpers. This itinerary will be shown on the RallyTrack Co-Pilot app.

Ranking

RallyTrack automatically calculates the ranking across all teams and challenges. The leaderboard can be printed or exported.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to try RallyTrack?

No. Your 7-day trial starts right after signup without any payment details, and nothing is charged when it ends. You simply choose a plan whenever you're ready.

What's the difference between Pro and Teams?

Pro lets you create and manage up to 10 rallies on your own account. Teams raises that to 100 rallies and lets you collaborate with several organisers on the same rally, made for clubs running multiple events a year. The Teams license also grants you access to the challenge type editor, where you can create your own challenge templates.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel from your account at any point, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Do participants need to install an app?

Only if you want live GPS tracking. Teams install the free RallyTrack Co-Pilot app and scan a QR code to join your rally, and then see the itinerary and their current score. Scores, itinerary and rankings all work without it.

Can I import my existing list of participants?

Yes. Upload an Excel file (.xlsx) and the import assistant walks you through matching your columns to RallyTrack's team fields.

Can helpers enter scores without their own account?

Yes. You can share a score entry link for a challenge so marshals enter points directly from their phone. Your roadside assistance can be given access to team GPS positions the same way.

How do I get my route onto the map?

Upload a GPX file of your route. It is drawn on the interactive map, where you can follow your teams' positions during the rally.
